As the CEO of Credera India, I lead the India Global Delivery Centre in Hyderabad, steering Credera’s mission to deliver exceptional, industry-tailored experiences and solutions. I bring over 25 years of experience navigating multicultural environments across diverse markets, driving transformation, and fostering growth.

In my previous role as COO of Areteans, I played a pivotal role in scaling the organization to unprecedented heights. Over five years, I led the team to achieve 10x revenue growth by translating strategic visions into actionable plans, ensuring agility, innovation, and sustainability.

As part of the successful integration of Areteans into Credera, I now oversee operations and strategies for Credera’s largest delivery center globally. My focus is on building high-performing teams and delivering transformative outcomes for clients across sectors.

Throughout my career, I’ve prioritized inclusive leadership and cross-cultural collaboration, forging sustainable business partnerships in New Zealand and Israel to drive long-term value in complex sectors. At Credera, I continue to champion a people-first culture, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion remain at the forefront of our success.

Beyond the workplace, I’m an angel investor and mentor, actively supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs through TiE Hyderabad and NASSCOM. I believe in creating value not just for shareholders but for communities at large, aligning business goals with broader societal impact.
