Kali Varaprasad Gadiraju is a seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience in professional services, including 23 years with EY, where he held multiple leadership roles and built practices to national prominence. His expertise spans Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Corporate Governance, both as a subject matter expert and as a leader who successfully scaled practices at the solution level (GRC), industry level (Healthcare), and regional level (Hyderabad, India).

At EY, he was instrumental in transforming practices into market leaders. He built the Internal Audit Services practice into the largest and number one practice in India, established and scaled the Healthcare practice to national recognition, and as Office Managing Partner for Hyderabad, positioned EY Hyderabad as the leading Big 4 practice in the region — widely regarded as one of the most vibrant and high-growth offices in EY India.

Since retiring from EY in 2019, Kali has transitioned into entrepreneurship, co-founding two start-ups — one in Deep Tech and another in Consumer Entertainment. Most recently, he has taken charge of EThames College, Hyderabad, with a vision to transform it into a world-class higher education brand that nurtures talent tailored for the professional services industry.
