TiE is conducting the “TiE Investor Connect – Women Special Edition” that is scheduled on March 12th and invites Women led/co-led start-ups to participate in this unique event. This platform will create opportunities for curated start-ups from Early-Growth stage and who are seeking equity funding , investor support, to present their business venture to leading Indian PE/VC/Seed/Angel funds across industries.

Investor Connect 2019 Report
TiE Hyderabad Investor Connect Edition 5- 2019, concluded with 25 Startups meeting 19 Investor Companies. Launched on April 15, 2019, this Edition, received close to 150 applications, of which 70 pitches reached the shortlisting process & TiE Charter Member-Mentors filtered 32 Startups to be met by the Investors. Before the Investor Meetings, these 32 startups were groomed & Mentored by these Mentors through multiple mock pitching sessions. TiE Investor Connect 2019 Edition 5, received applications from diverse sectors viz, AgriTech, CleanTech, FinTech, Consumer, e-commerce, retail, Insurance, Edutech, Transport, Logistics etc, to name a few. Inclusive of Hyderabad Network, Investors from other locations like Mumbai & Bangalore conducted close to 100 in-person as well as virtual meetings. Out of the 25 Startups, 17 startups received Investor Interest and chosen for revisit/watchlist.
TIE Hyderabad has been conducting Investor Connect program from past few years to generate and nurture entrepreneurship and build up the start-up ecosystem of Hyderabad. All the startups & Seasoned Mentors form a community for the program.
Investor Connect brings together top Indian PE/VC/Seed/Angel funds and promising entrepreneurs across industry. It enables start-ups and early-stage entrepreneurs to meet with and present their business venture to angel and venture investors.
Funding range: 1 Cr to 20 Cr.
TiE Hyderabad conducted its Investor Day-Investor Meetings, on June 21, 2019. 10 Investor Companies held 54 face-to-face meetings with TiE Member Startups. Launched on April 15, 2019, TiE Investor Connect- 2019 Edition 5, received closed to 150 applications, of which 70 pitches reached the shortlisting process & TiE Charter Member-Mentors filtered 32 Startups to be met by the Investors.
