Summary: Being equipped with entrepreneurial flair, I ventured into Real Estate Business at the age of 18. I was fortunate enough to work with the best and leading developers of Real Estate (Plots) over the next decade. I had a very enriching journey with them, where I acquired ample knowledge about all the critical elements of this sector.

Backed with this experience and knowledge; and driven by the ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi, I ventured into my Entrepreneurial journey and founded Building Blocks Group (BBG) in 2008. Our main aim is to offer Affordable Land Investments (plots) with safe and secure returns. Since then, BBG has been registering phenomenal growth in reaching over 1 lakh happy families until now with a vision of adding value to a million happy families by 2030.

Currently, we are operating in 20 clusters, catering to plot buyers spread across 12 cities, spanning across seven states and four countries. BBG is the proud recipient of the Best Developer Award for the last three years consecutively and has received the Best Employer and Best CSR Awards as well in 2019.  The year 2020 had started with prestigious feathers to our BBG’s cap in terms of “Economic Times Now Real Estate Awards 2020” as (i) most trusted real estate brand – residential; and (ii) Best CSR Project on 15th Feb.2020.

BBG is recognized as a very Purposive and Transformational brand in the “Affordable Plotting Segment.” It is envied for its unparalleled sales network strength of over 1 lakh associates (brokers) spread across seven states. BBG has a proven track record of achieving project closure of any size within the most reasonable time frame.

With the motto of empowering Girl child through education, we have founded the BBG Bangaru Talli Charitable Trust (BBG BTCT). We ardently believe that empowerment of one girl child means empowerment of the entire family.

Till now BBG Bangaru Talli Charitable Trust has benefitted over 5,000 girl children spread across 40 schools. Our primary target is to help 20,000 girl children through complete school adoption program by the end of 2021.  We hope to achieve this feat by elevating infrastructure facilities; reduce Grade-level disparities, and ensuring all-round growth of the child through a structured approach.

For the financial year 2020-21, our target is to adopt 100 government schools, with the long term vision of benefiting a million girl children by 2030.
