The TiE Nurture program was the brainchild of the TiE Pune Chapter and was adopted by the Hyderabad Chapter. It is a long-term, structured mentoring program that helps young founders find suitable mentors who support the enterprise through its journey. TiE Nurture is a 6-9 months rigorous effort led by industry titans to support entrepreneurs in creating impactful changes in all areas of their business. Throughout the entire program, participants receive continuous one-on-one mentoring to address their individual challenges. The program culminates in a graduation ceremony, recognizing the participants’ growth and accomplishments. The founders who successfully complete the program are supported through the Nurture Alumni network
