The TiE Grad program, which is now TiE U, was designed by TiE Hyderabad, has scaled globally to over 40 TiE chapters. The TiE U program aims to nurture aspirational youth to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and acquaint themselves with the skills to build their own business ideas. Through the program, students can participate in a series of workshops and competitions to hone their skills and improve their problem-solving capabilities through innovative approaches.

Under this program, the students are introduced to experiential learning through multiple activities to help them draft business plans, investment pitches, etc. Since its inception in 2017, TiE U has been organized in over 45 institutions and impacted over 13,500 students across the country, thereby fostering innovation and entrepreneurship amongst students.
