TiE Hyderabad signs MoU with Israel’s Startup Nation Central

Hyderabad: TiE Hyderabad and TiE Israel have jointly signed a memorandum of understanding with Startup Nation Central (SNC) of Israel, a non-profit organisation that is helping startups and innovators with market access and networking support.


Both sides will work together in strengthening ties among startups focusing on agriculture, water and energy sectors. The MoU signed on Monday as part of the TiE Sustainability Summit 2021 (TSS-2021) will lead to multiple cohorts spread over 24 months.

The collaboration will help Israeli startups to penetrate the India market and Indian startups penetrate Israel. Six startups each will be selected from both the countries who will get mentoring from 20 industry experts besides other support.

The first cohort will begin on agritech by the end of October 2021, and several cohorts will follow, which will focus on the other two sectors, bringing together synergies from both sides.
